1 3 LIVE WIRE (L142) Sent for sampling post-race.
2 11 KWAI CHUNG TALENTS (L144) Jumped awkwardly. Shortly after the start was eased when crowded between GIANT LEAP and SAME TO YOU which shifted out and away from LIVE WIRE. Near the 450 Metres, when racing keenly, was steadied to avoid STARRY SHOW. Sent for sampling post-race.

6 6 VICTOR THE RAPID (J393) Between the 200 Metres and the 100 Metres was shifted to the outside of GIANT LEAP to obtain clear running. Near the 100 Metres VICTOR THE RAPID made contact with LIGHTNESS OF BEING when being shifted out.
7 10 LIGHTNESS OF BEING (K159) Bumped near the 100 Metres. Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
8 7 A TIME FOR US (K475) No report.
9 9 EVERSTAR (K264) From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. In the middle stages raced keenly and near the 450 Metres shifted out when being steadied to avoid A TIME FOR US and then became unbalanced when it made contact with JOLLY BONUS.
10 1 FRIENDS OF SHAJING (K202) C Y Ho reported that his mount was obliged to race very wide and without cover for the majority of the event which resulted in it being left without a finishing effort in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
11 2 SOMELOVEFROMABOVE (J503) J Orman stated that his mount travelled only fairly during the event and, in his opinion, did not appreciate racing amongst other horses. He added that, in his opinion, SOMELOVEFROMABOVE would be better suited with the reapplication of blinkers. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
12 8 JOLLY BONUS (L327) Near the 450 Metres was bumped.
