Racing Incident Report

GALLANT LION was withdrawn on 5.2.10 by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (lame left fore). Before being allowed to race again, GALLANT LION will be subjected to an official veterinary examination. DEPOSER was difficult to load. Before being allowed to race again, DEPOSER will have to perform satisfactorily in a stalls test. JACKPOT DELIGHT blundered at the start. For some distance approaching and passing the 1100 Metres, EXCELLENT BOY was checked away from the heels of ARMADA. In the early part of the Straight, ROMA PEGASUS had difficulty obtaining clear running. Over the final 200 Metres, MR MEDICI got its head on the side and shifted out under pressure. Throughout the race, BEAUTY FOREVER travelled wide and without cover. A veterinary inspection of DEPOSER after the race did not show any significant findings. SPECIAL DAYS and MR MEDICI were sent for sampling.
