Racing Incident Report

BEST WIN was withdrawn on 29.12.11 by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (inappetance). Before being allowed to race again, BEST WIN will be subjected to an official veterinary examination. WINNING APEX began awkwardly and then shortly after the start was crowded for room between SHIBALA and VIVA FIGHTER which shifted out. After this, WINNING APEX was taken across behind runners. After the 800 Metres, EASY TRACK was left racing wide and without cover. Rounding the Home Turn, MENTOR raced in restricted room between SHIBALA and EASY TRACK. Near the 50 Metres, LONGWAH RISING shifted out and brushed MENTOR. MENTOR, BEST ELEVEN and LONGWAH RISING were sent for sampling.
