Racing Incident Report

REGENCY LEGEND began awkwardly.
From the outside barrier, PRECIOUSSHIP was steadied in the early stages and shifted across behind runners.
Approaching the 1100 Metres, MAGIC LEGEND raced tight inside STAR SHINE.
Passing the 1100 Metres, STAR SHINE was steadied to obtain a position close on the rail.
At the 1000 Metres, REGENCY LEGEND was awkwardly placed behind NEW ASIA SUNRISE.
Passing the 1000 Metres, STAR SHINE shifted out and bumped PRECIOUSSHIP.
Passing the 300 Metres, MAGIC LEGEND shifted out and brushed STAR SHINE.
Approaching the 150 Metres, STAR SHINE shifted in and bumped MAGIC LEGEND.
After racing in restricted room inside RAGING BLITZKRIEG near the 50 Metres, CALIFORNIA FORTUNE became badly unbalanced of its own accord close to the finishing line, resulting in the horse losing ground and its rider having to stop riding.
REGENCY LEGEND and RAGING BLITZKRIEG were sent for sampling.
