2 3 LUCRATIVE EIGHT (K542) Sent for sampling post-race.
3 2 ISLAND BUDDY (J217) The explanation provided by L Ferraris, rider of ISLAND BUDDY, in relation to using his whip in a manner where the hand holding the whip was above shoulder height on one occasion near the 50 Metres was accepted.
4 6 DANCING BLAZE (L364) Jumped awkwardly and then made contact with INCREDIBLE MOMENT due to both runners shifting ground. Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
5 5 INCREDIBLE MOMENT (K275) Made contact with DANCING BLAZE on jumping due to both runners shifting ground.
6 12 HONORARY (K481) Held up making the Home Turn and near the 450 Metres blundered. A Badel stated that his mount bounded on jumping and lost ground which resulted in HONORARY racing further back in the field than intended.
7 4 GOLDENTRONICMIGHTY (K002) M L Yeung reported that his mount became unbalanced in the going near the 800 Metres.
8 10 PHOENIX LIGHT (G192) Jumped only fairly. From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
9 11 SYNERGY EXPRESS (L252) No report.
10 9 TURBO JEFFERIES (L328) Jumped only fairly. From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
11 1 ANODE (K367) E Brown stated that his mount gave ground in the Home Straight and may not have appreciated the "Good to Yielding” track conditions. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race which included an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse’s trachea. Before being allowed to race again, ANODE will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
12 8 CASA BUDDY (L101) The performance of CASA BUDDY, which finished tailed out, was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, CASA BUDDY will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
