Pla. Horse No. Horse Incident

8 FLYING FORTRESS (J445) Sent for sampling post-race.
7 BEAUTY CRESCENT (H334) Y L Chung stated that the instructions were to go forward. He said he rode his mount along in the early stages in accordance with those instructions which resulted in BEAUTY CRESCENT racing keenly.
4 AEROINVINCIBLE (J180) No report.
6 CIRCUIT CHAMPION (J428) Near the 350 Metres became unbalanced when bumped by LUCKY SAM GOR which shifted out in an attempt to improve to the outside of THE RED HARE. Raced very wide and without cover for the majority of the event. Sent for sampling post-race.
2 THE RED HARE (K312) Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
1 LUCKY SAM GOR (K114) Approaching the 800 Metres was bumped by EXCELLENCE VALUE. H Bowman stated that whilst the intention was to ride the horse in a more conservative manner it settled slightly further back than anticipated. He said after commencing his run in the Home Straight he was obliged to steady his mount near the 350 Metres when disappointed for clear running between CIRCUIT CHAMPION and THE RED HARE which resulted in the horse losing momentum. He added after this incident LUCKY SAM GOR finished the race off only fairly. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
3 POCKETING (L396) From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
11 EXCELLENCE VALUE (K093) Approaching the 800 Metres became unbalanced when crowded between LUCKY SAM GOR and CIRCUIT CHAMPION which shifted in slightly.
9 YUEN LONG ELITE (J272) The start was delayed slightly when YUEN LONG ELITE was reluctant to proceed to the starting gates. Before being allowed to race again YUEN LONG ELITE will be required to undertake a parade test and then be required to perform satisfactorily in a barrier trial. Jumped only fairly.
10 TITANCK (L299) Approaching the 900 Metres commenced to race keenly and got its head up when being steadied to avoid BABY SAKURA. Leaving the 400 Metres became unbalanced when positioned close to the running rail.
