Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 795.

From the 700M when unable to obtain cover was left racing wide and without cover. Rider reported that his mount raced too keenly in the early stages and as a result did not finish the race off in the Home Straight - Race 830.

9 K363  CELESTIAL HERO  04/10/2026   77  CELESTIAL HERO (K363) on jumping got unbalanced when crowded for room. When questioned rider explained that after his mount lost ground at the start his mount was out paced in the early stages as it does not possess the necessary speed to stay in touch with the field over the 1000M distance of the race, and endeavouring to ride his mount with any more vigour than he did his mount would have failed to finish the race off. He added that he elected in the circumstances to ensure his mount was balanced up and given the opportunity to finish the race off. He said when his mount was making good ground inside the 200M he was held up for clear running over the concluding stages and subsequently was unable to ride his mount out to the end of the race. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 077.

11 K176  ANOTHER ZONDA  09/09/2026   15  ANOTHER ZONDA (K176) rider stated that the instructions were to attempt to lead. She said when her mount failed to show sufficient pace in the early stages to do so she was obliged to take a position with cover. She added that in the Home Straight her mount failed to respond to her riding and raced in a disappointing manner. After the race was examined by the vet who said an endoscopic exam showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse's trachea. Finished tailed out and performance was considered unacceptable. Has since performed satisfactorily in a barrier trial and passed an official vet exam - Race 015.
