When questioned regarding his riding over the final 200M rider stated that his mount hung in when placed under pressure in the Home Straight. He said near the 100M when a runner shifted out slightly he was unable to avoid that runner’s heels and as a result his mount could not be fully tested to the finish of the event when racing in restricted room. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 653.

When trainer declined to lodge a protest/objection and the Stewards were satisfied there were not sufficient grounds weighed-in was declared on the numbers semaphored by the Judge. Over the concluding stages could not be ridden out when racing tight - Race 452.

Has since performed to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and passed an official vet exam which must include additional diagnostic assessments. Additional diagnostic assessments performed on the horse did not show any significant findings - Race 813.
