Racing Incident Report
After being boxed, LIFELINE EXPRESS became fractious and got its near side front leg over a partition. The horse was released from the gates, examined by the Veterinary Surgeon who said in his opinion LIFELINE EXPRESS was suitable to race. CHINA LEGEND missed the start slightly, was then checked when crowded between JAMIESON which shifted out and DANRIVA which shifted in. After this incident, CHINA LEGEND was steadied and shifted across behind all other runners to take up a position towards the tail but near to the rail. At about the 800 Metres, PAR AVION, which was proving difficult to settle, got its head up when awkward on the heels of MR HAPPY. After the 800 Metres, SEASONS GLORY broke down and was pulled up. After the 200 Metres, FLAGS UP was inconvenienced slightly when attempting a narrow run inside SUPER FAST. DANRIVA was sent for clinical veterinary examination and routine testing.
