Racing Incident Report
The start was delayed as OPEN TREASURE was difficult to box. After being loaded OPEN TREASURE became fractious, reared and momentarily got down behind. The horse was released from the gates and examined by the Veterinary Surgeon who decided the horse was suitable to race. Before being allowed to race again, OPEN TREASURE will be required to perform satisfactorily in an official barrier trial. OPEN TREASURE was slowly away and was then further inconvenienced by LEGEND OF VELOCITY which was taken out by INSPIRED. GLORY ST PAUL'S left the gates awkwardly with its head up and shifted out, causing some inconvenience to RUN AND WIN and to some extend also to SUPER RED WINE. On jumping, SNIPPEDYDOODA bumped the outside of its gate. In the middle stages, INSPIRED had a tendency to lay in and was momentarily awkward on the heels of GLORY ST PAUL'S. COMPANION and TRULY THE BEST were sent for clinical veterinary examination and routine testing.
