Racing Incident Report
DR MORE was slowly away. Whilst the Stewards considered the riding of D Dunn (HONG KONG LEGEND) in the run to the line did not affect the horse's finishing position and accordingly a breach of Rule 100(2) did not occur, they did however advise D Dunn that he must ride all mounts out at least hands and heels to the end of the race whenever possible.
