Racing Incident Report
STOIC jumped very awkwardly with its head up, then shifted in behind other runners to take up a position at the rear on the rail. DANEFACTOR was obliged to race wide throughout and was not able to obtain any cover. About the 600 Metres, PEACEFUL CENTURY shifted from behind CELESTIAL CHIEF. As a consequence of this, some crowding was caused to EVER GLORY. About the 300 Metres, HIGH SKY was shifted in after being disappointed for running between EVER GLORY and DANEFACTOR. Near the winning post, HIGHLAND LEGEND was steadied when awkwardly placed between STOIC and DANEFACTOR which shifted in slightly. In the run to the winning post, AUCASH shifted out. After the race, the Veterinary Surgeon reported that TEQUILA POP was extremely distressed and collapsed in the unsaddling area. Before racing again, TEQUILA POP will be required to pass an official veterinary examination.
