Racing Incident Report
PEAK POWER left the gates awkwardly, because of this W M Lai was momentarily unbalanced. On jumping, HELENE VITALITY shifted out abruptly and bumped the hindquarters of LUCKY SABRE, was then checked between LUCKY SABRE and IDOL which on leaving the gates shifted out abruptly. The occurrence was accidental. Running to the first turn, LITIGADO had a tendency to pull and got its head up. About the 600 Metres, HELENE VITALITY shifted out when awkward on the heels of PEAK POWER. In the run to the winning post, PEAK POWER shifted out, this caused some inconvenience to HELENE VITALITY. AUCASH was sent for clinical veterinary examination and testing. After the race, it was noted that AUCASH had sustained abrasions to its off side flank and the Veterinary Surgeon said he also noted some bruising in this area.
