Racing Incident Report
CENTURY SUPER STAR and STRONG GAIN were slow to begin. For a short distance after the 400 Metres, STRONG GAIN was held up and unable to improve behind LUCKY DRAGON. Almost right on the line, QUICK NEWS was awkwardly placed close to the heels of LUCKY DRAGON and STRONG GAIN and because of this was not ridden out right to the winning post. Throughout the race, SPY KING raced wide and without cover and in the Straight gave ground. RAINBOW DIAMOND and SPY KING were sent for an official veterinary inspection. A veterinary inspection of RAINBOW DIAMOND and SPY KING after the race did not show any significant findings. LUCKY DRAGON and STRONG GAIN were sent for sampling.
