Racing Incident Report
DR CANDY and CLOVIS were slow to begin. KING'S CHOICE began awkwardly and bumped the inside gate of its stall. On jumping, TIGER PRAWN was bumped by TRIUMPHANT GLORY which shifted out abruptly. NAMJONG SMILE was slow to begin, then shortly afterwards lost further ground when checked between MILLION CHASE and VICTORY WARRIOR which shifted out abruptly after initially shifting in and bumping DANEMAN HILL. Making the turn at the 600 Metres, DR CANDY was crowded for room inside TIGER PRAWN which got its head on the side and shifted in away from OKEYDOKEY. At the 400 Metres, MILLION CHASE was steadied and got its head up when awkwardly placed between KING'S CHOICE and DR CANDY. Shortly after straightening, SUPERB was steadied and shifted to the inside of MILLION CHASE to obtain clear running. In the final 200 Metres, DANEMAN HILL hung in and raced tight outside FOURSQUARE. For the major part of the race, OKEYDOKEY travelled wide and without cover. VICTORY WARRIOR and NAMJONG SMILE were sent for an official veterinary inspection. A veterinary inspection of VICTORY WARRIOR and NAMJONG SMILE after the race did not show any significant findings. MILLION CHASE and DR CANDY were sent for sampling.
