Racing Incident Report

RAINBOW FIGHTER began awkwardly.
SHOWING CHARACTER shifted in at the start and brushed RESPLENDENT GLORY.
HOT HOT PEPPER and NASHASHUK bumped on jumping.
From the outside barriers, GODSPEED, SHARPMIND, SEE ME NOW and PROUD SKY were all shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Making the turn near the 1050 Metres, RAINBOW FIGHTER raced tight between GREAT SKY and GODSPEED which got its head on the side and shifted in away from SHARPMIND.
N Callan (PACKING STARCRAFT) was fined $7,000 for weighing in 2 lbs overweight after the race.
A veterinary inspection of SHARPMIND immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
NASHASHUK, RESPLENDENT GLORY and SHOWING CHARACTER were sent for sampling.
