Racing Incident Report

CABLE SPEED shifted in and made contact with the right side of its barrier on jumping.
FORTUNE PATROL was slow to begin.
From the outside barriers, FORTUNE TRIPLE and DAILY BEAUTY were shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
JOLLY FOREVER raced keenly in the early and middle stages and lost its right front plate passing the 1000 Metres.
After the race, K C Leung (JUBILATION) reported that his mount was caught wide and without cover in the early stages and as a result he allowed JUBILATION to stride forward whereby it raced outside the lead near the 1500 Metres. He added that when placed under pressure from the 600 Metres, JUBILATION did not respond to his riding and gave ground in the Straight. A veterinary inspection of JUBILATION immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Also after the race, K Teetan stated that whilst CABLE SPEED was able to lead in the early stages, near the 1500 Metres he was pressured firstly by JUBILATION when that runner went forward when caught wide. He added that again near the 1000 Metres CABLE SPEED was pressured in the lead when LOYAL AMBITION went forward to cross his mount and as a result CABLE SPEED was left without a finishing effort. A veterinary inspection of CABLE SPEED immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
CABLE SPEED, LOYAL AMBITION and AI ONE were sent for sampling.
