Racing Incident Report
GERALDINA and PROGNOSIS were slow to begin.
Near the 1400 Metres, PROGNOSIS brushed the running rail when racing tight to the inside of GERALDINA which shifted in.
After the 400 Metres, PROGNOSIS endeavoured to shift to the outside of DANON THE KID to obtain clear running, but was prevented from doing so by GERALDINA, resulting in both PROGNOSIS and GERALDINA making contact.
A veterinary inspection of DANON THE KID immediately following the race found that horse to be a "roarer”.
A veterinary inspection of GERALDINA immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
ROMANTIC WARRIOR and PROGNOSIS were sent for sampling.
