6 11 STAR FIGURE (K215) Slow to begin. For a short distance near the 50 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running when held up to the inside of ISLAND BUDDY which shifted in.
7 9 GREEN FIELD PEARL (K460) K C Leung reported that his mount jumped better than expected today and as a result was able to hold an on-pace position.
8 6 PRIME ACE (L443) From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Approaching the 300 Metres had some difficulty obtaining clear running when being shifted to the outside of SOLID CAR.

10 2 FLOWING RICHES (K293) C L Chau reported that he was unable to cross runners from his wide barrier and as a result was caught wide in the early stages and was obliged to race further back in the field to ensure it was able to obtain cover behind KA YING RADIANCE. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
11 10 KA YING RADIANCE (K134) M F Poon reported that his mount was disadvantaged by having to race wide and without cover for the majority of the event. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
