Racing Incident Report
MAIN ATTRACTION began awkwardly and bumped the outside gate of its stall. On jumping, SUNNY RIVIERA got its head up. SALUZI was slow to begin and shortly afterwards was crowded for room between FLORAL KING and TAMAR which shifted in abruptly. From its wide barrier, TAMAR was then taken back to a position towards the rear but with cover. At the 1200 Metres, CHAMP DRAGON became unbalanced. Making the turn at the 800 Metres, SANBENITO got its head up when close to the heels of SUCCESSFUL SPIRIT. For some distance passing the 200 Metres, MAIN ATTRACTION had some difficulty obtaining clear running between WISE CHOICE and HALO KING PRAWN. Throughout the race, HALO KING PRAWN raced in a forward position but wide without cover. NOBLE CHAMPION and CHAMP DRAGON were sent for sampling. After the race, it was reported that STRATEGUS and TAMAR had bled from both nostrils.
