Racing Incident Report

TRAVIANO, TOY QUEST and MULTI MILLIONS were slow to begin. After passing the winning post on the first occasion, WAFER KING was momentarily steadied to avoid the heels of EVERGREEN. At the 1300 Metres, FORTUNE PRINCESS was tightened for room inside ADD THE FUN which shifted in momentarily. Near the 1000 Metres, due to the pace of the race, EVERGREEN, which was proving somewhat difficult to settle, got its head up, initially shifted in, then was crowded for room between TIRAMISU which shifted in slightly and VISIONNAIRE which got its head up and shifted out away from the heels of FORTUNE PRINCESS. As a result of this crowding, EVERGREEN struck the heels of TIRAMISU, blundered and almost fell. Making the turn at the 1000 Metres, TRAVIANO was steadied when crowded for room by MULTI MILLIONS which got its head up and shifted in when being steadied away from the heels of WAFER KING. After entering the Back Straight, MULTI MILLIONS continued to prove difficult to settle and on a number of occasions got its head up. Making the turn at the 600 Metres, LUCKY LAD raced tight inside FORTUNE PRINCESS which itself was crowded for room inside TIRAMISU which momentarily got its head on the side. Making the Home Turn, LUCKY LAD brushed the running rail when racing tight inside the heels of FORTUNE PRINCESS. Near the 200 Metres, FORTUNE PRINCESS was awkwardly placed inside the heels of TIRAMISU which when hanging shifted in slightly. At the 100 Metres, TOY QUEST, which was commencing to close the race off strongly, was checked and shifted out when disappointed for running between LUCKY LAD and GREAT IDEA which was giving ground. ADD THE FUN and FORTUNE PRINCESS were sent for sampling.
