Racing Incident Report
OBRIGADO was slowly away, then hung out rounding the turn. At about the 800 Metres, ASIAN EXPRESS was checked when crowded between STRONG WIN and CLASSIC JESTER which was taken in by HOKKIEN ALL (G Mossé). After considering all the circumstances, it was decided that no direct action would be taken, but G Mossé was severely reprimanded and told if in similar circumstances again he must make a greater effort to protect his fellow riders. Approaching and rounding the Home Turn, PERFECT VICTORY hung out, then about 100 Metres out, PERFECT VICTORY, which was finding the line quite strongly, was steadied and shifted out to avoid BOLD'N POWER. About the 500 Metres, STRONG WIN was steadied when crowded for room between BOLD'N POWER and CLASSIC JESTER which was racing tight just inside the heels of HOKKIEN ALL. Near the 200 Metres, CLEMENT FORTUNE, which was being ridden back, steadied and shifted out to avoid BOLD'N POWER which was weakening. BOLD'N POWER was sent for clinical veterinary examination and routine testing.
