Racing Incident Report

ALL YOU NEED was withdrawn on 9.2.19 by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (swollen left hind cannon) and was replaced by Standby Declared Starter CHARITYDREAM (K C Leung). Before being allowed to race again, ALL YOU NEED will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
CHARITYDREAM was slow to begin.
ALCAZAR began only fairly.
GENEROUS HEART shifted out at the start and bumped MASSIVE MILLENNIUM.
From a wide barrier, DR RACE was steadied in the early stages and shifted across behind runners.
Despite being ridden along in the early stages, BOND ELEGANCE failed to muster speed and shortly after the start was shifted across behind runners to obtain cover.
FAME AND FORTUNE, which was racing wide and without cover near the 700 Metres, was taken wider still near the 600 Metres by DR PROACTIVE which shifted out away from the heels of MR RIGHT.
Near the 650 Metres, EVER STRONG was momentarily awkwardly placed close to the heels of ALCAZAR.
After being shifted to the outside of runners rounding the Home Turn, BOND ELEGANCE then commenced to lay in and was awkwardly placed close to the heels of EVER STRONG which was taken out by GENEROUS HEART. BOND ELEGANCE was then shifted to the inside of EVER STRONG near the 300 Metres when that horse was bumped by GENEROUS HEART.
At the entrance to the Straight, DR PROACTIVE raced tight outside MR RIGHT which was laying out.
After the race, J Moreira expressed concern regarding the action of BOND ELEGANCE. A veterinary inspection of BOND ELEGANCE immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. Before being allowed to race again, BOND ELEGANCE will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
A veterinary inspection of CHARITYDREAM immediately following the race including an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse's trachea. The performance of CHARITYDREAM, which finished tailed out, was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, CHARITYDREAM will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
COBY OPPA and BORNTOACHIEVE were sent for sampling.
