9 1 BREEDERS' STAR (V197) A Sanna H Jumped awkwardly losing ground, settled in last few on the rail, gained slightly closer passing the Rock, saved ground turning in but made no impression in the run to the line. (Irregular heart rhythm)
10 3 HEALTHY LUCK (A064) C Y Ho -- Broke well, shared pace before leading outright from the Rock, headed and dropped out 200 metres out.
11 12 MONICA (B271) M F Poon B Taken back to rear from the widest gate, remained well behind throughout, came under pressure rounding home bend, made no impression in the run home.
12 7 SPEED VISION (B211) Z Purton B/TT Pressed forward from a wide gate, held narrow advantage 3-wide briefly before taken back for cover in 3rd passing the Rock, wide rounding home bend, dropped away quickly in straight. (Questioned for disappointing performance)
