Racing Incident Report
PERFECT SHADOW was slowly away, then approaching and rounding the Home Turn hung out. MY JOY left the gates very awkwardly, threw its head about and was further inconvenienced just after the start by BUCK'S FIZZ which was taken out slightly by SPLENDID DRAGON. Then after settling MY JOY was caught wide and was not able to find cover. CHIVAS LAD, which was restrained on jumping to take up a position towards the rear, threw its head up. In the early stages, HONOUR GRADE proved very difficult to settle and about the 900 Metres got its head up and became unbalanced when racing very close to the heels of ELITE WIN. In the middle stages, MUNDAHISH got its head up when unbalanced on the heels of PO ON WIN. About the 500 Metres, GOLDEN YEARS shifted out to go forward, in doing so bumped BUCK'S FIZZ. When giving ground in the Straight, BUCK'S FIZZ hung in. PO ON WIN was sent for clinical veterinary examination and testing.
