Racing Incident Report

After being boxed, INSIGHTOREALITY became fractious, reared and was cast. After being released from the gates, INSIGHTOREALITY was examined by the Veterinary Surgeon and on his advice was withdrawn by order of the Stewards. Mr T K Ng, trainer of INSIGHTOREALITY, was told should the horse perform similarly again, action will be taken against it. On jumping, GOLFING PARTNERS was crowded for room between NOBLE CHARGE and NIGHT HUNTER II which left the gates awkwardly and shifted out. OWNERS' JOY jumped awkwardly with its head up, just after the start bumped the hindquarters of PAOBRIDGE. In the early stages, WINNING PLEASURE got its head on the side and hung out badly. WINNING PLEASURE continued to hang out throughout. A Marcus (WINNING PLEASURE) said after the 200 Metres as the horse was continuing to hang out badly and making contact with the running rail, he elected to steady from inside GOLFING PARTNERS. Throughout the race, BACCHUS hung out. BACCHUS was sent for clinical veterinary examination and testing. After the race, it was noted GOLFING PARTNERS had lost its near side front plate.
