Racing Incident Report
As the start was effected, SPICY SHRIMP bounded in the air and lost a considerable amount of ground. Before being allowed to race again, SPICY SHRIMP will have to perform satisfactorily in an official barrier trial. Passing the 200 Metres, TRAVEL GUIDE got its head on the side and shifted out. Throughout the race, FORTUNE WARRIOR travelled wide and without cover. When questioned, J Lloyd stated that at the entrance to the Straight ROCKALOT quickened and as he was of the belief that the horse was giving of its all in the early part of the Straight, he did not use the whip on it. He added ROCKALOT was inclined to lay in in the Straight and near the 100 Metres he attempted to pull the whip in the right hand, however, the whip became entangled in his reins and for this reason he was not able to use the whip over the concluding stages. A veterinary inspection of HARRY HARRY after the race did not show any significant findings. TRAVEL GUIDE and ROCKALOT were sent for sampling.
