Racing Incident Report

EXCEL DELIGHT began awkwardly and bumped the inside of its gate, resulting in the horse losing ground.
WINNERS BROTHER (H N Wong) began awkwardly, then shifted in abruptly and made heavy contact with WINNING TOGETHER, resulting in WINNERS BROTHER becoming badly unbalanced and H N Wong also becoming badly unbalanced.
HAPPY COOPERATION stumbled at the start.
OVERSUBSCRIBED began only fairly and then was crowded for room by DRAGON LEGEND which got its head on the side and shifted out. DRAGON LEGEND was then crowded for room a short distance after the start between COBY WIN and OVERSUBSCRIBED, both of which shifted ground.
Passing the 800 Metres, WINNING TOGETHER got its head on the side and lay out.
Approaching the 700 Metres, DRAGON LEGEND was crowded for room outside GUN GUN WIN which was taken out by IRON KING which got its head on the side and lay out across the heels of DANCING FIGHTER.
Near the 550 Metres, COBY WIN was momentarily awkwardly placed outside the heels of OVERSUBSCRIBED.
Approaching the 400 Metres, EXCEL DELIGHT was shifted out away from the heels of FOREVER BRIGHT.
BLASTOISE was shifted out away from the heels of IRON KING after the 200 Metres.
U Rispoli (HOLEE MONEY) dropped his whip approaching the 100 Metres.
Z Purton (DANCING FIGHTER) dropped his whip near the 100 Metres.
V Borges, the rider of DRAGON LEGEND, was warned against the practice of using the whip on a horse out of contention.
A veterinary inspection of OVERSUBSCRIBED immediately following the race including an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse's trachea. Before being allowed to race again, OVERSUBSCRIBED will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
SUPER JUNIOR and DANCING FIGHTER were sent for sampling.
