Racing Incident Report

RIGHTEOUS MATE began very awkwardly and shifted in abruptly, resulting in ENFOLDING and FLAME LILY both being badly hampered.
SAVANNAH WIND began awkwardly, shifted out and bumped the hindquarters of FAITHFUL TRINITY, causing both horses to become unbalanced. SAVANNAH WIND was then crowded for room a short distance after the start between REMARKABLE and FAITHFUL TRINITY and was consequently shifted across behind runners in the early stages. When being steadied to obtain cover, SAVANNAH WIND raced ungenerously until approaching the winning post on the first occasion.
Also from the outside barriers, RAZOR QUEST and HIGH REV were steadied and shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
After passing the winning post on the first occasion, ISHVARA and FLAME LILY raced in restricted room inside DIAMOND LEGEND which shifted in.
Rounding the Home Turn, ENFOLDING was awkwardly placed behind SHINING ON.
V Borges (SAVANNAH WIND) was spoken to regarding the use of his whip on the horse when it was out of contention. V Borges was advised that this was the second occasion since commencing riding in Hong Kong that the Stewards had spoken to him in respect of this matter.
A veterinary inspection of FAITHFUL TRINITY, RAZOR QUEST and SHINING ON immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
HIGH REV and ENFOLDING were sent for sampling.
