Racing Incident Report

BLINK OF A SECOND was slow to begin.
EXPONENTS stumbled on jumping, shifted out and bumped DEMONS ROCK which in turn shifted out and made contact with SUPER FUN. Then, after travelling a short distance, DEMONS ROCK and EXPONENTS again bumped, causing DEMONS ROCK to become unbalanced.
FAIRY FLOSS began awkwardly, shifted out and inconvenienced E GENERATION.
TIGERLAD shifted out at the start and bumped CORRE RAPIDO which became unbalanced. After this, CORRE RAPIDO was ridden along for some distance, however, failed to muster speed and subsequently, for the majority of the race, travelled wide and without cover.
MONEYMORE and PLEASANT GUY bumped at the start. After this, from a wide barrier, MONEYMORE was steadied and shifted across behind runners.
From the outside barrier, VICTORY SONG was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Making the turn near the 700 Metres, MONEYMORE became badly unbalanced after shifting in of its own accord and brushing the running rail. When unbalanced, MONEYMORE shifted out and became awkwardly placed inside the heels of VICTORY SONG.
After the 600 Metres, FAIRY FLOSS got its head on the side and lay out.
After the 300 Metres, PLEASANT GUY raced tight outside EXPONENTS (M Chadwick) which shifted out marginally. PLEASANT GUY was again steadied away from the heels of EXPONENTS passing the 200 Metres. M Chadwick was advised to ensure that he makes every endeavor to prevent his mounts from shifting ground in similar circumstances.
Close to the finishing line, PLEASANT GUY and CORRE RAPIDO raced tight.
Throughout the race, TIGERLAD travelled wide and without cover.
After the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that VICTORY SONG had sustained a small cut to the right stifle.
A veterinary inspection of E GENERATION and FAIRY FLOSS immediately following the race did not show any significant findings, however, both horses were unable to be scoped due to being fractious.
A veterinary inspection of MONEYMORE immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
PLEASANT GUY, DEMONS ROCK and EXPONENTS were sent for sampling.
