Racing Incident Report

On arrival at the Start, NITRO EXPRESS, which made contact with a rail in the Parade Ring, was examined by the Veterinary Officer and passed suitable to race.
BRAVE POWER was crowded for room on jumping between GALAXY RACER and PRESIDENT STAR which shifted out.
DESTIN began only fairly.
DIAMOND STAR began awkwardly and lost ground and then from a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
RUNNING GUY shifted out at the start and bumped WELL DRAGON.
From the outside barrier, NITRO EXPRESS was also steadied shortly after the start to obtain cover.
Approaching the winning post on the first occasion, GALAXY RACER raced tight outside the hindquarters of BRAVE POWER when being steadied to obtain cover behind that horse.
After the 1300 Metres, WELL DRAGON was left racing wide and without cover and after this was allowed to improve into a forward position closer to the rail passing the 800 Metres.
Approaching and passing the 1100 Metres, BRAVE POWER travelled keenly and then made the turn near the 1050 Metres awkwardly.
After the 500 Metres, NITRO EXPRESS and BRAVE POWER raced tight and brushed as BRAVE POWER improved to the outside of WONDER EXPRESS.
Near the 275 Metres, DIAMOND STAR was shifted to the inside of DESTIN after racing tight inside GALAXY RACER which got its head on the side and lay in.
Near the 250 Metres, BRAVE POWER was shifted out away from the heels of PRIME TIME.
Over the concluding stages, TAILOR MADE was awkwardly placed inside the heels of WELL DRAGON.
A veterinary inspection of BRAVE POWER and RUNNING GUY immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
A veterinary inspection of TAILOR MADE immediately following the race including an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse's trachea. Before being allowed to race again, TAILOR MADE will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
TAILOR MADE, PRESIDENT STAR and NITRO EXPRESS were sent for sampling.
