Racing Incident Report
UNIVERSAL PIONEER, which from its outside gate was to be ridden back, threw its head about on jumping. On jumping, COMFORT and FLASH MAC bumped as FLASH MAC got its head in the air and shifted in away from MASCOT. Also on jumping, HAPPY CHAMP and PRINCE GOLF came together. TANAHMERAH was slowly away, then in the early stages was inclined to pull, raced wide and was not able to find cover until about the 800 Metres. Running towards the 800 Metres, PRINCE GOLF was tight just inside the heels of SMART WIN. At about the same time, FLASH MAC was inclined to be pulling and shifting ground. About the 600 Metres, GETMORE DANCER was momentarily unbalanced and brushed the running rail. About the 300 Metres, GETMORE DANCER was steadied and shifted out when disappointed for running between MASCOT and FIVE GRAINS. After this, GETMORE DANCER was inclined to lay in. In the run to the winning post, FIVE GRAINS was inclined to shift out. FIVE GRAINS and KALIMANTAN were sent for sampling.
