Racing Incident Report

When proceeding to the barriers, G-ONE LEADER became fractious, resulting in its rider, U Rispoli, being dislodged. G-ONE LEADER then proceeded up the 1800 Metre chute. G-ONE LEADER was brought back to the barriers where it was examined by the Veterinary Officer who, after the necessary consultations, found the horse to be suitable to race. U Rispoli was examined by the Club’s medical officer and passed fit to fulfil his riding engagement on G-ONE LEADER.
After being loaded, SEMPITERNAL became fractious. Before being allowed to race again, SEMPITERNAL will be required to perform satisfactorily in a stalls test.
G-ONE LEADER began awkwardly and lost ground.
MONEYMAKER began awkwardly.
Prior to the 900 Metres, ONGOING VOLATILITY was left racing wide and without cover.
Rounding the Home Turn, MR GINGER was awkwardly placed close to the heels of MASTER KOCHANWONG.
At the entrance to the Straight, SEMPITERNAL was bumped by REAL TREAT which shifted out from behind SUNNY FAY after being momentarily awkwardly placed close to the heels of that horse.
Passing the 300 Metres, OVETT got its head on the side and shifted out marginally under pressure.
Approaching the 200 Metres, G-ONE LEADER was shifted in away from the heels of MR GINGER to obtain clear running.
Near the 200 Metres, SUNNY FAY got its head on the side and lay out.
After the race, the Veterinary Surgeon reported that MASTER KOCHANWONG had sustained a small laceration over the left hock.
SILLY BUDDIES and OVETT were sent for sampling.
