Racing Incident Report

VICTORY MASTER, which was fractious in the barriers, lifted its front feet off the ground as the start was effected and began awkwardly, resulting in the horse losing ground.
PLEASURE GAINS shifted out at the start and bumped RACING HERO.
From wide barriers, NOBLE DELUXE, FUN RIDER and ALBICELESTE were taken across behind runners in the early stages.
Approaching the winning post on the first occasion, PLEASURE GAINS and RACING HERO raced very tight as PLEASURE GAINS attempted to remain racing away from the fence.
Passing the winning post on the first occasion, BEAUTY LEAD was steadied away from the heels of CHATER DREAM (K Teetan) which shifted in when not quite clear. K Teetan was reprimanded and advised to ensure that he is sufficiently clear when shifting ground in similar circumstances.
Passing the 1000 Metres, RACING HERO, which was racing keenly, became awkwardly placed close to the heels of PERFECT CHEERS.
Near the 900 Metres, NOBLE DELUXE was bumped and taken wider by VICTORY MASTER which, when racing keenly, shifted out away from the heels of RACING HERO.
BEAUTY LEAD travelled wide and without cover until passing the 600 Metres.
At the 400 Metres, PLEASURE GAINS was checked away from the heels of SICHUAN CHARM.
SICHUAN CHARM and RACING HERO were held up for clear running in the early part of the Straight.
Approaching the 200 Metres, VICTORY MASTER was shifted out after racing tight outside ALBICELESTE which was improving into tight running between VICTORY MASTER and JUN GONG which shifted out when commencing to give ground.
PLEASURE GAINS was unable to obtain clear running until near the 200 Metres.
Passing the 150 Metres, JUN GONG, which was giving ground, was checked when crowded for room between PERFECT CHEERS which shifted out and ALBICELESTE (U Rispoli) which shifted in under pressure. U Rispoli was severely reprimanded and advised that whilst there was a contributing shift out from PERFECT CHEERS, nonetheless he must in future stop riding and straighten his mounts when they shift ground.
A veterinary inspection of RACING HERO immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
PLEASURE GAINS and BULLISH BOY were sent for sampling.
<27/12/2013 Additional Veterinary Report>The Clinical Veterinary Surgeon reported that NOBLE DELUXE was found to be lame in its left front leg on the morning after racing. Before being allowed to race again, NOBLE DELUXE will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
