Racing Incident Report

VOYAGE STAR shifted out at the start and bumped SMART ROCKET.
From wide barriers, TOUCH OF LUCK and SAM’S LOVE were shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Near the 900 Metres, DESTIN was left racing wide and without cover.
Approaching and passing the 100 Metres, SIMPLE ELEGANT was awkwardly placed inside the heels of SMART ROCKET which shifted in under pressure.
Near the 75 Metres, VIVA COUNCIL raced tight inside SIMPLE ELEGANT.
After the race, it was noted that VOYAGE STAR was making an abnormal respiratory noise when coming off the track. An endoscopic examination of VOYAGE STAR did not reveal any significant findings.
A veterinary inspection of TOUCH OF LUCK and CARE FREE PRINCE immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
CRAIG’S STAR and CHAIRMAN LO were sent for sampling.
