7 FIRST KNIGHT (CB357) B Prebble B No Comments on Running information for this horse.
4 GRAND GENERAL (CJ113) C W Wong -- Began with them, restrained to midfield racing 2-wide 4Ls back, had a smooth run to bend, threatened with strong run at 150 M, briefly took charge but had no answer to the winner's turn of foot.
14 ELEPHANT STAR (CH323) W M Lai B Reasonable jump, rolled forward to a prominent position just behind leaders, 3-wide on the turn, took time to gather in straight, ran on okay inside 200 M but unable to step up a gear.
9 DASHING FLAIR (CE330) H W Lai TT Away in line, hard ridden to take up a spot on the rail one back, saved ground on turning, kept to inside on straightening, lacked dash but fought on bravely to finish a credible 4th after a long layoff from track.
13 SO NICE (CG110) P H Lo CP/H Lost ground on jumping, soon taken across to the fence racing 6Ls back in last, angled out to challenge, picked up okay but had his run interrupted near 300 M.
3 ALIVE AND KICKING (CJ071) D Beadman H/TT Good start, settled in 5th about 2Ls off the pace, 2-wide with cover, didn't see daylight until 300 M, ran on fairly without threatening.
12 CLASSIC HORSE (CD378) B Doyle CP Good break from the inside barrier, settled down in mid-division 3Ls back on the fence, had a nice trail to turn but held up badly on the inside for most of home straight, not fully tested.
10 ACTUARIAL TALENT (CJ028) M Du Plessis B- Slightly slow out, drifted back to a rearward position 5Ls behind leader, not asked in run, made slight progress on straightening, bumped near 250 M and checked, one-paced thereafter.
6 REDHILL COMMANDER (CH078) Z Purton TT Began well, taken to a spot worse than midfield about 5Ls off the pace, travelled 3-wide with cover, came wide on straightening, couldn't pick up under pressure. Little impression.
11 AIPODER IMAGE (CJ031) M W Leung B Slow to begin, took time to muster and ended up racing towards the rear trailing 5Ls. Still well back on turn, found little in straight and beat tired runners only.
1 DRAGON BOY (CJ204) W C Marwing -- Jumped okay, travelled in midfield 3Ls behind leader, 3-wide on the turn, had every chance in straight but unable to quicken, gradually weakened towards the line.
8 MASTER OF SHAVERS (CJ026) G Mosse XB Away with them, gradually shuffled back to the rear 6Ls back, caught wide on home turn, taken to challenge on the outside but didn't find. A disappointing run.
5 NEW ASIA FORWARD (CH309) F Coetzee B-/H-/CP2/TT Evenly out, took up running under a slow tempo, had a relaxed run throughout, held 1L advantage entering into straight, headed near 200 M, dropped off rapidly thereafter.
2 SHINING DRAGON (CC181) D Whyte SR/V Well enough to begin, rolled forward to race on the outside of leader, folded up quickly after straightening.
