4 10 SUNNY PEARL (N434) U Rispoli XB/TT Began well but eased behind leading pack, hampered 600s, shifted out and bumped. Checked and unbalanced 500m, kept on well in straight.
5 4 SEASONS STAR (P058) G Mosse CP/TT One of the first out, strolling forward but 3-wide. Left without cover 800m, rolled forward to lead into straight, kept on well to 50mm before swamped.
6 2 FUJIAN SPIRIT (N397) T Angland -- Taken back from start and soon at rear but away from fence. Last into home straight but made ground steadily to be closest at finish.
7 11 RED COURAGE (N110) W C Marwing B-/H1/TT Allowed to stride forward at own pace but held 3-wide. Taken wider entering straight but one-paced under hard riding.
8 1 SPOKE TO CARLO (P090) N Callan B/TT Began fairly, shaken up and made ground between horses before checked 1000m. Bumped 600m, got head up 500m, one-paced.
9 12 CAPTAIN AMERICA (P074) K C Leung B Took time to muster, ridden forward and held 3-wide with cover. Switched to rail entering straight, made some ground, one-paced from 200m.
10 7 BRILLIANT CHARIOT (L242) C K Tong B/TT Began well and allowed to stride forward but caught 4-wide without cover. Covered extra ground turn and tired after straightening for home.
11 5 KIDS AND WIN (P271) O Doleuze B/TT1 Jumped well and mustered along rail to lead back stretch. Steadied 600m when crossed, hit rail and became unbalanced, Gave ground quickly.
12 8 NEWS SUPREME (P296) A Suborics TT Cut in to rail soon after start but outpaced and dropped back. Never a factor after checked 500m.
