5 12 PRESTIGE ALWAYS (J300) M F Poon B/TT From widest draw unable to cross runners on its inside and raced very wide without cover in midfield for the majority of the race, fought on steadily final 300M to finish a non-threatening 5th.
6 6 AMAZING KID (K434) A Atzeni -- Jumped on terms, raced 3-wide no cover in midfield, kept battling final 300M but unable to quicken. Steadied 50M
7 7 MATTERS MOST (K154) E C W Wong B/TT Positively ridden out the gate and obtained a leading position as expected, pressed by rival throughout the race, couldn't sustain run final 150m and gave ground late stages.
8 4 SOVEREIGN FUND (J402) H Bowman CP1 Jumped only fairly, settled in mid-division 4Ls behind leader, brought widest into straight before running on at the same pace. No threat to leaders.
9 10 SOMELOVEFROMABOVE (J503) J Moreira PC Jumped only fairly, restrained to race near last, driven along 500M, held up briefly near 200M but never going the pace to challenge leaders. (Jockey - no explanation for the disappointing performance.)
10 5 HARMONY N BLESSED (E061) H Bentley B/TT Away in line, went forward chasing leaders, raced keenly early and middle stages, couldn't keep up with the pace passing 250M, faded towards the line.
11 9 FLASH CURRENT (J500) A Badel TT Began only fairly, given a waiting ride at the rear 6-7Ls back, gave limited response when asked, raced in restricted room final 100M and not ridden out. (Jockey - better suited by stepping back up in distance.)
12 3 DRAGON FOUR SEAS (J317) J Orman B-/TT1 From a low draw obtained a midfield position along the inside, couldn't go on passing 300M, weakened to last.
