Racing Incident Report

1 3 RISING FORCE (K236) Sent for sampling post-race.
2 2 GENEVA (J114) From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. For a short distance after the 300 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running when improving between JUBILANT WINNER and RED MAESTRO. In this incident GENEVA made contact with RED MAESTRO. Sent for sampling post-race.
3 1 HAPPY INDEX (L152) No report.
4 4 JUBILANT WINNER (J346) Bumped near the 400 Metres.
5 7 RED MAESTRO (L030) Shortly after the start was bumped. When being shifted to the outside of JUBILANT WINNER approaching the 350 Metres lay in and as a result proved reluctant to shift to that runner’s outside. Bumped after the 300 Metres.
6 13 AKERMANIS GOLD (L031) Near the 400 Metres made contact with JUBILANT WINNER when endeavouring to obtain clear running to the outside of EMBRACE ABERDEEN. As a result AKERMANIS GOLD had difficulty obtaining clear running for a short distance thereafter. Over the concluding stages could not be ridden out when awkwardly placed close to HAPPY INDEX.
7 5 PERFECTDAY (K238) Shortly after the start made contact with BEAUTY GLORY. Leaving the 1000 Metres was eased when racing tight between RED MAESTRO and AKERMANIS GOLD, both of which shifted ground slightly.
8 9 EMBRACE ABERDEEN (L020) Raced keenly in the early stages when being steadied to allow HAPPY INDEX to cross.
9 12 ARMOUR WAR EAGLE (J039) Raced ungenerously in the early stages when being shifted across behind runners from a wide barrier. After improving to the inside of VULCANUS after the 600 Metres then became unbalanced when racing tight to the inside of VULCANUS which shifted in and away from DOUBLE MONEY after being taken in slightly by that runner. Near the 200 Metres was steadied when disappointed for clear running to the inside of PERFECTDAY which shifted in slightly. K Teetan stated that after being steadied near the 200 Metres his mount finished the race off fairly thereafter. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
10 11 BEAUTY GLORY (E459) Shifted out shortly after the start and was bumped. Passing the 100 Metres, when giving ground, was steadied when crowded by AKERMANIS GOLD (M Chadwick) which shifted in when not clear. M Chadwick was reprimanded.
11 6 DOUBLE MONEY (K512) From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
12 8 VULCANUS (J150) Jumped only fairly and then raced tight to the inside of JUBILANT WINNER shortly after the start. Near the 650 Metres was steadied to avoid GENEVA. Approaching the 400 Metres endeavoured to improve to the outside of GRIT SPIRIT when there was not sufficient room to do so. As a result VULCANUS made contact with DOUBLE MONEY, resulting in DOUBLE MONEY becoming unbalanced. H T Mo was advised to exercise more care.
13 10 GRIT SPIRIT (L116) Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
