Racing Incident Report

MASSIVE MILLENNIUM bounded in the air at the start and lost ground.
GLOBE TROTTER began awkwardly and then, despite being ridden along in the early stages, failed to muster speed.
In the early part of the Straight, HOT HOT PEPPER lay in and was reluctant to shift to the outside of TRENDIFUL and near the 100 Metres shifted in, resulting in its rider having to stop riding and straighten.
A veterinary inspection of GLOBE TROTTER and RUGBY DIAMOND immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
OCEAN ROAR and BEAUTY CONNECTION were sent for sampling.
<16/2/2017 Additional Veterinary Report>GLOBE TROTTER, which performed poorly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings. GLOBE TROTTER was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer C S Shum this morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its right hind leg. Before being allowed to race again, GLOBE TROTTER will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
