Racing Incident Report

OPTIC ELITE jumped awkwardly with its head up, shifted in and bumped BONANZA. For a short distance around the Home Turn, SCENIC STAR was awkwardly placed on the heels of MR HAPPY and tight inside OPTIC ELITE. Again at about the 200 Metres, SCENIC STAR was momentarily awkward on the heels of MR HAPPY as that horse shifted out towards OPTIC ELITE. R Fradd (HUANGDI) explained after being boxed the horse became restless and on two occasions turned its head into the joining stall. He said as the last horse was being loaded, HUANGDI again attempted to turn its head, he was able to prevent this. However, when the gates did open, HUANGDI bounded in the air and clearly began awkwardly. He said however after this he was able to improve into what he considered was an acceptable position in the circumstances.
