1 9 LOVE TOGETHER (L052) Shortly after the start bumped heavily with FIERY STEED when both runners shifted ground. Sent for sampling post-race.
2 7 WONDERSTAR (J531) On jumping was bumped by ETERNAL FORTUNE which shifted out slightly. Sent for sampling post-race.
3 5 ETERNAL FORTUNE (K010) Shifted out at the start and was bumped.
4 4 WHIZZ KID (E392) No report.
5 6 METRO POWER (K408) No report.
6 2 HORSEPOWER (J431) Leaving the 600 Metres was steadied to avoid WHIZZ KID when racing keenly. Lay in over the final 150 Metres.
7 10 BUNDLE OF CHARM (G213) Jumped only fairly. Leaving the 100 Metres was eased and shifted to the inside of METRO POWER to continue into clear running.
8 8 BLUE ILLUSION (K468) Jumped only fairly. Leaving the 150 Metres was briefly crowded between RED ELEGANCE and BUNDLE OF CHARM.
9 1 HARMONY N BLESSED (E061) When giving ground near the 100 Metres was steadied when crowded between RED ELEGANCE and WHIZZ KID. Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
10 12 INVINCIBLE STARR (L078) M F Poon reported that on jumping he became unbalanced, resulting in his left foot being dislodged from his stirrup for a short distance and his mount losing ground.
11 3 RED ELEGANCE (H241) Near the 100 Metres made contact with HARMONY N BLESSED when racing tight between HARMONY N BLESSED and BLUE ILLUSION. H Bowman stated that his instructions were to settle where comfortable but attempt to hold a handy position. He said when RED ELEGANCE commenced well he was able to settle in a forward position. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
12 11 FIERY STEED (K575) Jumped only fairly and shortly after the start bumped heavily with LOVE TOGETHER when both runners shifted ground. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. <8/1/2026 Additional Veterinary Reports> After the race, FIERY STEED was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings. FIERY STEED was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer P F Yiu this morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its right front leg. Before being allowed to race again, FIERY STEED will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
