1 8 COUNTRY DANCER (H436) On jumping shifted in slightly, made contact with HANDSOME BLOND and then was steadied to avoid VERBIER which shifted in. Sent for sampling post-race.
2 4 ALWAYS FLUKE (H252) Sent for sampling post-race.

6 6 CRAZY TREASURE (J063) In the early stages raced keenly when being shifted in to obtain cover.
7 1 AQUAMAN (K523) In the Home Straight lay in and proved difficult to ride out.
8 3 ROBOT KNIGHT (H464) Apprentice P N Wong stated that her instructions were to lead the event. She said when the early stages were being run inside of standard time she was crossed by VIVA CHALEUR after which her mount finished the race off only fairly in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. Sent for sampling post-race.
9 11 HANDSOME BLOND (K241) On jumping made contact with COUNTRY DANCER due to both runners shifting ground. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
10 10 VON BAER (K198) Hung out making the Home Turn. K C Leung advised that his mount was obliged to race wide and without cover for the majority of the event and as a result did not run on in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
11 2 MONEY TYCOON (K423) Trainer F C Lor advised that from a wide barrier he had instructed for the horse to be ridden in a conservative manner in the early stages. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
WV-A 5 CIRRUS SPEED (K279) After being placed in the starting gates got both front legs over the barrier partition. Was withdrawn by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice. Before being allowed to race again, CIRRUS SPEED will be required to perform satisfactorily in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
