2 10 FOREVER FOLKS (G463) As K C Leung was unable to make the weight, A Atzeni was substituted as the rider of FOREVER FOLKS. Jockey Leung was fined the sum of $5,000. Missed the start and lost a considerable amount of ground. Sent for sampling post-race.

4 2 POCKETING (L396) Jumped awkwardly and was bumped by MIGHTY STRENGTH which shifted out.

6 5 FLOW WATER FLOW (K562) Z Purton was of the opinion that due to the slow tempo of the race in the middle stages, particularly between the 1200 Metres and the 800 Metres having been run outside of standard time, it was not suitable to his mount’s chances today. Trainer J Size also expressed a similar view that FLOW WATER FLOW was not suited in a race with no pace in the middle section, resulting in the race being a sprint home. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. Sent for sampling post-race.
7 3 CALL ME MAGNIFIQUE (L339) M F Poon reported that his mount had an easy lead in front, however, was under pressure after passing the 200 Metres. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
8 4 GLITTERING LEGEND (L109) C L Chau could offer no explanation for his mount’s performance today. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

10 1 SMART AVENUE (K474) Jumped awkwardly.
11 6 MIGHTY STRENGTH (H450) Shifted out at the start and bumped POCKETING. H T Mo reported that his mount would derive benefit from its first run back from a spell today. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
