He added also, in his opinion, the horse does not appreciate racing in amongst other horses and that may have contributed to the horse’s disappointing performance. After the race was examined by the vet who said an endoscopic exam showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse's trachea. Performance was considered disappointing as compared to its previous race starts. Has since performed to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and passed an official vet exam - Race 160. |

When questioned regarding his riding in the Home Straight rider stated that when being ridden out his mount lay in and as a result proved difficult to ride. He added as a consequence he was obliged to place pressure to his left rein at various stages in the Home Straight to ensure that his mount maintained its position with clear running – Race 345. |
