Racing Incident Report

Before being presented for the parade, BULL'S EYE had its off side front plate refitted. The horse was examined by the Veterinary Surgeon who discussed the matter with the Trainer and it was then decided BULL'S EYE was suitable to race. EXULTATION jumped awkwardly and threw its head about. On jumping, DOLLARS AND SENSE was inconvenienced between CHAMPIONSHIP and CITIZEN KANE. BULL'S EYE left the gates awkwardly. Near the 600 Metres, MASTER FAY was steadied to avoid the heels of CITIZEN KANE which shifted in when barely clear. MASTER FAY was sent for clinical veterinary examination and routine testing.
