Racing Incident Report

On jumping, APPLIED SUPREME knuckled and nearly fell. VIKING DANCER jumped awkwardly and shifted out. GLORIOUS WINNER missed the start slightly and was then bumped by REALLY LUCKY which on jumping shifted out. EVER GAIN, which had drawn a difficult gate, was obliged to travel wide throughout without any cover and in the middle stages hung in. As a consequence of EVER GAIN hanging in in the middle stages, some crowding was caused to PROFIT ALL TIMES. J Egan (PROFIT ALL TIMES) explained from a draw towards the outside he had been instructed to jump, try and go forward, endeavour to find a position somewhere about midfield and if possible with cover. He said PROFIT ALL TIMES left the gates cleanly, however, there was no opportunity for him to shift in without causing trouble and he had little alternative but to race wide and without any cover. He said in the middle stages PROFIT ALL TIMES was awkwardly placed between EVER GAIN which was hanging in and WINWIN COMBINATION which was being taken out slightly by VIKING DANCER. J Egan went on to say about the 600 Metres he did steady and shift in because to have continued where he was would have required him to race extremely wide and this he considered was not in the best interests of PROFIT ALL TIMES. He concluded by saying the way the race was run any chance PROFIT ALL TIMES had of success was seriously diminished after the field had gone a short distance. BELOVED PARTNER was sent for clinical veterinary examination and routine testing.
