Racing Incident Report
TANG PALACE was withdrawn on raceday morning by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (coughing and substantial amount of mucopus on scoping after track work). Before being allowed to race again, TANG PALACE will be subjected to an official veterinary examination. EVEN EMAIL was difficult to load and then was slow to begin. Before being allowed to race again, EVEN EMAIL will be required to perform satisfactorily in a stalls test. GALLANT MAMBO, which was fractious in the barriers, was slow to begin. After the 600 Metres, GALLANT MAMBO got its head on the side and shifted in, resulting in EVEN EMAIL being inconvenienced. GALLANT MAMBO continued to lay in after this. CROESUS and WAH MAY STAR were sent for sampling.
