Racing Incident Report

GLORY HORSIE was withdrawn on raceday morning by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (swollen left hind). Before being allowed to race again, GLORY HORSIE will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
Shortly after the start, SEA THE PEARLS became unbalanced when bumped by SAMADHI which was buffeted for room inside that horse and to the outside of CAPITAL K which shifted out slightly. After this, SEA THE PEARLS was taken across behind runners.
In the early and middle stages, TOMODACHI proved very difficult to settle and raced fiercely in the lead.
Passing the 800 Metres, RAINBOW FIGHTER, which commenced to over-race, was checked away from the heels of HAPPY FOREVER which was awkwardly placed close to the heels of CAPITAL K. SEA THE PEARLS, which was following RAINBOW FIGHTER, was severely checked away from the heels of that horse and shifted in, resulting in CAPE CANAVERAL being hampered when crowded for room. After this, CAPE CANAVERAL was awkwardly placed close to the heels of RAINBOW FIGHTER.
Also passing the 800 Metres, CHINA POWER got its head up when racing close to the heels of VICTORY GENERAL.
Near the 500 Metres, RAINBOW FIGHTER was again awkwardly placed close to the heels of HAPPY FOREVER.
Near the 200 Metres, RAINBOW FIGHTER was momentarily crowded for room between HAPPY FOREVER which initially got its head on the side and shifted in slightly and CAPITAL K which got its head on the side and shifted out away from the heels of SAMADHI before being corrected by its rider. In the circumstances, no further action was taken.
Over the concluding stages, CAPITAL K was awkwardly placed close to the heels of SAMADHI.
Throughout the race, DREAM BUILDER travelled wide and after the 600 Metres was left racing without cover.
A veterinary inspection of CHINA POWER, RUMBA KING and TOMODACHI the race did not show any significant findings.
CAPE CANAVERAL and RAINBOW FIGHTER were sent for sampling.
