Racing Incident Report

FLYING DRAGON, which was fractious in the barriers, was slow to begin.
SUPER KING jumped awkwardly.
In the early stages, ELON over-raced and for some distance near the 800 Metres got its head up when being steadied away from the heels of STREET SCREAM.
ADEFILL raced wide and without cover from the 800 Metres.
After the race, C L Chau stated that the intention was to hold a more forward position on FIERY DIAMOND, but despite being ridden along in the early stages, the horse did not show the necessary pace to do so. A veterinary inspection of FIERY DIAMOND immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Also after the race, M Chadwick reported that, in his opinion, STREET SCREAM is better suited racing at the Happy Valley circuit. A veterinary inspection of STREET SCREAM immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
ADEFILL and ADIOS were sent for sampling.
